When you place an order through DISONL, you are submitting an offer to purchase the products included in your order.

After you submit an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted.

DISONL reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

DISONL may accept wholesale and commercial orders. Wholesale or commercial purchases may be subject to separate pricing, shipping arrangements, payment terms, minimum order quantities, or other conditions agreed between DISONL and the purchaser.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

DISONL generally processes orders within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order verification.

Estimated delivery time is generally 7–15 business days, depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances.

All processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

DISONL uses third-party carriers, fulfillment providers, and logistics service providers to process and deliver orders.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays;

  • Customs inspections or clearance;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Public holidays;

  • Transportation disruptions;

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information;

  • Government restrictions;

  • International shipping restrictions; or

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in a specific promotion, shipping is not automatically free.

Shipping charges may be calculated based on factors including order weight, destination, shipping method, and applicable service fees.

DISONL may offer free-shipping promotions from time to time. Such promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or similar circumstances attributable to the customer, additional shipping or reshipment charges may apply where permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return and refund procedures are governed by our Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law, eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

DISONL does not generally accept returns solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, ordered the wrong product, or for other reasons unrelated to a product defect, quality issue, or other eligible reason under our Refund Policy.

Where a return is approved under our applicable return policy, DISONL will provide return instructions.

DISONL does not generally offer product exchanges.

For approved eligible returns covered by our Refund Policy, DISONL will generally cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, where applicable.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your original payment method, payment processor, bank, or financial institution.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

DISONL is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology and infrastructure that enables us to operate our online store and provide the Services.

However, purchases made through the DISONL store are transactions between you and DISONL.

Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by DISONL, the fulfillment of orders, product quality, returns, refunds, customer service, or other aspects of transactions between you and DISONL, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to applicable Shopify terms and policies where relevant to your use of the Services.

SECTION 11 - PRIVACY

Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

You must not submit a review or other Feedback in exchange for compensation or other incentives unless the nature of such compensation or incentive is appropriately disclosed where required by applicable law.

SECTION 13 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

From time to time, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other errors relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, availability, inventory, or other information.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, we will provide an appropriate refund for the affected amount.

Nothing in this Section prohibits AI Agents or other automated systems that are expressly authorized by DISONL and that comply with Section 15 of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access to the Services or an account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

SECTION 15 - AI AGENTS AND AUTOMATED ACCESS

15.1 Applicability

This section ("Agent Terms") applies to any artificial intelligence agent, automated software, autonomous or semi-autonomous system, shopping assistant, purchasing agent, browser agent, or other software or service ("Agent") that accesses, uses, interacts with, retrieves information from, or performs actions through the DISONL Services.

An Agent includes software that acts on behalf of, or at the direction of, a person or organization, including Agents that assist users with product discovery, product comparison, recommendations, shopping, ordering, purchasing, customer service, or other activities related to the Services.

15.2 Authorized AI Agent Access

DISONL may permit AI Agents to access and interact with the Services for legitimate purposes, including discovering products, retrieving publicly available product information, comparing products, providing product recommendations, assisting customers, and facilitating or initiating purchases.

Any Agent accessing or interacting with the Services must comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and any technical or access requirements communicated by DISONL.

Authorization to access the Services does not grant an Agent permission to access non-public information, restricted areas, customer accounts, payment information, personal information, or other data that the Agent is not expressly authorized to access.

15.3 Identification of Agents

Agents accessing the Services must identify themselves accurately and must not falsely represent themselves as human users.

Where technically applicable, an Agent accessing DISONL through HTTP or HTTPS requests should identify itself as an Agent and disclose its identity through an appropriate user-agent string or other technically available identification mechanism.

Agents must not conceal, obfuscate, or misrepresent the fact that their interactions with the Services are automated.

15.4 Requirements for AI Agents

Agents accessing, using, or interacting with the Services must:

  1. Identify themselves as automated or AI systems when reasonably requested to do so;

  2. Provide truthful information regarding their identity and purpose;

  3. Comply with applicable laws and these Terms;

  4. Respect applicable access controls, technical restrictions, rate limits, and other measures implemented by DISONL;

  5. Not attempt to circumvent CAPTCHA systems or other measures designed to distinguish automated access from human access;

  6. Not impersonate DISONL, its employees, customers, partners, or other individuals or entities;

  7. Not access, collect, or process personal information unless expressly authorized and legally permitted;

  8. Not access customer accounts or perform transactions without appropriate authorization from the relevant customer or DISONL;

  9. Not place orders, modify orders, cancel orders, submit payments, or otherwise complete transactions on behalf of a customer unless the Agent has been appropriately authorized to do so;

  10. Not interfere with the normal operation, performance, availability, or security of the Services; and

  11. Comply with any additional technical requirements or restrictions communicated by DISONL.

15.5 Prohibited Automated Activities

Unless expressly authorized by DISONL, Agents may not:

  • Circumvent technical restrictions or access controls;

  • Evade rate limits or other usage restrictions;

  • Scrape or systematically extract substantial amounts of website content;

  • Collect customer or other personal information;

  • Attempt to access private, restricted, or non-public information;

  • Create fraudulent accounts or orders;

  • Abuse discounts, promotional codes, referral programs, or other offers;

  • Manipulate product rankings, reviews, ratings, or other website content;

  • Interfere with the availability or performance of the Services; or

  • Use automated access for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious purposes.

15.6 AI-Assisted Shopping and Transactions

DISONL may support or permit AI Agents to assist customers with shopping activities, including product discovery, product comparison, product recommendations, cart creation, checkout assistance, and other purchasing-related activities.

Where an Agent acts on behalf of a customer, the customer remains responsible for reviewing and authorizing purchases, payment information, shipping information, product selections, and other transaction details unless otherwise expressly agreed.

An Agent's recommendation, description, summary, or other output does not modify the product information, price, availability, promotional terms, shipping terms, Refund Policy, or other contractual terms displayed or provided by DISONL.

Orders and purchases made through an authorized Agent remain subject to these Terms of Service and all applicable DISONL policies.

15.7 AI-Generated Information

Information provided by or through an AI Agent may be generated or summarized automatically and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies.

Customers should verify material information, including product specifications, price, availability, shipping charges, taxes, and applicable promotional terms, through the DISONL website or other official DISONL communications before completing a purchase.

The information displayed at checkout and in the applicable order confirmation will control the transaction, subject to applicable law.

15.8 DISONL's Rights

We may monitor, limit, restrict, suspend, or terminate any Agent's access to the Services at any time where permitted by applicable law.

We may use technical measures to limit the frequency, scope, method, or type of access available to Agents.

We may require an Agent to identify itself, comply with specific technical requirements, or cease accessing the Services.

If an Agent violates these Terms or otherwise creates a security, operational, legal, or other material risk, DISONL may immediately restrict or terminate the Agent's access.

15.9 No Implied Authorization

The availability of publicly accessible information on the DISONL website does not automatically grant permission to systematically collect, reproduce, redistribute, commercialize, or otherwise exploit such information through automated means.

Likewise, the fact that an Agent can technically access a particular portion of the Services does not constitute authorization to access or use that portion for any particular purpose.

Any permissions expressly granted by DISONL to a specific Agent, platform, partner, or service may be subject to separate terms, technical requirements, or agreements.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, including your account, where permitted by applicable law, including where we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Termination will not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, DISONL's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless DISONL, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, suppliers, and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising out of:
